**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestionar la incorporación de nuevos empleados
- Elaboración y gestión de cartas ofertas, contratos, adendas, etc.
- Atender necesidades de los colaboradores en cuanto a solicitudes y/o cualquier motivo referente a Recursos Humanos
- Mantener comunicación fluida y seguimiento semanal con los colaboradores
- Gestión en la cadena logística para el envío y entrega de equipos, pack de bienvenida, etc.
- Gestión y control de permisos y/o ausencias
- Seguimiento y control semanal de la plantilla de horas de los colaboradores
- Elaboración de encuestas de satisfacción para clientes y/o colaboradores
- Organización y ejecución de logística para eventos destinados al bienestar de los colaboradores.
- Organización y actualización de la parte contable y tributaria, además manejo de pagos y depósitos bancarios.
- Planificación de presupuestos, gastos y pago a proveedores.
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en posiciones similares
- Profesionales de carreras como Administración, Negocios, Finanzas, RRHH.
- MBA General, o en Negocios, Emprendimiento, Finanzas & Contabilidad, RRHH o similar.
- **Ingles avanzando indispensable (C1).**
- Experiência a nível avanzado de Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms), Teams y habilidades de manejo de otras herramientas.
- Conocimiento de nómina general.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad hibrido (2 veces por semana en oficina y el resto desde casa).
- Tener un ambiente 100% profesional en casa.
- Excelentes habilidades blandas.
