**WE ARE HIRING**:
**Customer Success Specialist (LATAM)**
9 am to 5 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)
**Overview**:
This role provides internal support to the sales team, managing contracts, paperwork, renewals, sales metrics, and essential documents. It also involves direct communication with clients to ensure timely payments and assist with required forms, along with providing basic customer support for software-related issues.
**Skills**:
- 1+ years of Experience working for a SaaS software provider
- Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent spoken and written English (near native or native)
- Professional demeanor and tone
- Confidence to speak to customer or their accounting team
- Experience with following software or similar tools: Google Docs/Sheets and MS Word/Excel, ZenDesk or other Customer Service, Xero (accounting), Slack, Zapier (nice to have), Webflow (nice to have)
**Base monthly salary**:
$1200 USD/month
**Salary**: $4,780,000 per month
**Experience**:
- Experience working for a SaaS software provider: 1 year (required)
