Job Description As an Inside Sales Renewals Support Representative , you will help drive customer retention and business growth by managing software renewals, nurturing leads, and supporting sales operations. Your work ensures smooth communication, accurate reporting, and strong client relationships across global markets. Visit The Qualifications We Seek Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, renewals management, or sales support—ideally in a software or SaaS environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Strong customer service skills with a proactive, problem‑solving approach Preferred Skills Experience in B2B software sales or SaaS renewals Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives Comfort with conducting high‑volume outreach via email and phone Your Daily Tasks Manage and follow up on software renewal opportunities via email and phone to ensure timely subscription renewals and reduce churn Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify leads, ensuring proper follow‑up and hand‑off to the sales team when appropriate Support the Regional Sales Manager by preparing quotes, gathering account insights, and coordinating communications with customers and prospects Track and manage all leads, opportunities, and renewal tasks using a CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and accountability Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all follow‑ups are completed in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead data accuracy and alignment with overall sales strategies Provide prompt and high‑quality customer service to current and prospective clients Assist in sales reporting, data entry, and pipeline updates to support overall regional performance About the Client Empowering Business Growth Through Technology and Insight Our client is a trusted global consulting and technology firm specializing in software solutions, analytics, and business transformation.
