Job Description As an Inside Sales Representative, you will handle outbound and inbound calls, build rapport with US-based customers, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to licensed insurance agents. You'll manage accurate call notes, maintain organized follow-ups, and consistently meet targets while working in a stable, structured environment that supports healthy work‑life balance. Job Overview 5 days work week 20 vacation days in total Fully‑customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Direct exposure to our clients Diverse and supportive work environment Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses The Qualifications We Seek 3 years of experience in outbound sales and customer service (CSR) (required) Fluent in English , with strong verbal communication skills Proven ability to overcome objections and handle adversity in a sales environment Strong work ethic and drive; passionate, persuasive communicator Excellent written skills to take detailed and accurate call notes Self‑starter mentality with a proactive, results‑oriented approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining work‑life balance Your Daily Tasks Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents. Handle inbound calls by identifying the reason for the call and transferring individuals to the correct queue. Build rapport and trust with clients over the phone. Run an organized sales process with accurate notes and timely follow‑ups. Collect and manage customer information diligently and securely. Clearly articulate the company's value proposition to prospective customers. Achieve targets for calls, transfers, conversion, and quality.
