We’re changing the way Retail Media works and you can have an impact from day one. This team will help build foundational processes as we scale to 200 employees worldwide and shape Retail Media 3.0. What is this role like? The execution‑focused Account Executive will be based in Colombia and responsible for driving growth within Brands and Agencies in the LATAM region, especially Colombia. You need to be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the LATAM market and strong sales and negotiation skills. Responsibilities (You will) Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America region, especially in Colombia. Drive sales growth for Topsort’s demand‑side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies. Develop brand partnerships and media plans while collaborating closely with partners on the supply‑side. Attend various industry events, trade shows and act as an active voice of Toppie in Latin America. Build product knowledge and become a subject‑matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including retail media platform, ad‑serving APIs, and Toppie. Qualifications (what we think you need) Experience : 3–5+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component. Sales Track Record : Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership of deal outcomes. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM, Economics, Finance); MBA a plus, but a learner’s mindset is more important. Industry Fluency : Familiarity with the advertising landscape; bonus if you already speak the language of auctions and marketplace monetization. Communication : Strong structured thinking and navigation through complex organizations. Language Skills : Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, switching seamlessly daily. Agility & Spirit : Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑ups, adapting to ambiguity. Collaboration : Team‑oriented professional who is curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a remote‑friendly environment. Mobility : Willingness and eagerness to travel regionally and internationally to engage clients and represent the brand at events. Bonus Points Experience in B2B SaaS, ad‑tech, martech, or data platforms. Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization. Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
