Sr. Lead Audit Team – Ansira The Senior Lead Audit Team role acts as an operational audit leader, providing guidance to a team that supports local channel partners and their advertising partners. The role balances marketing material reviews, tax invoice compliance, program guideline adherence, and rebate incentive management to ensure local brand‑enhancing advertising meets requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: 1 – 8 Responsibilities Assess workload, assign daily goals, and send team status updates to ensure goals and SLAs are met. Anticipate internal hurdles and course‑correct as necessary. Review marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards, enter results into the database, and communicate review outcomes to advertisers. Lead quality‑assurance activities for the team. Conduct quality‑control checks at the payment/funding level to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines (at least 50% of time). Report and track metrics against department benchmarks (AIM), and create action plans when necessary. Develop advanced knowledge of assigned programs and serve as the day‑to‑day decision maker for program operations, escalating as appropriate. Identify, document, and communicate potential operational efficiencies. Guide a positive, proactive, operations‑oriented environment and coordinate with supervisors and regional leads to drive improvement. Allocate daily work assignments and monitor that goals and SLAs are met. Proactively communicate internally and externally to keep key stakeholders updated on program progress and performance. Work closely with supervisor and other regional leads to manage program(s). Mentor team members by identifying strengths and opportunities, providing constructive feedback, and offering training to ensure motivation and growth. Track and act upon group and team KPIs, write performance reviews, conduct quarterly 1:1s, and manage PTO. Flex job responsibilities as needed. Required Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Ability to organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines. Exceptional ability to work within a team environment. Solid verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Proven technical competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work well in a high‑paced, stressful environment. Willingness to work in US shift. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with administrative responsibilities. Some remote‑work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently.
