The Head of Partnerships (LATAM) will have the opportunity to: Conduct regular meetings with partnership teams to review progress, address challenges, and strategize on future initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and identify areas for growth. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align partnership efforts with overall business goals and campaigns. Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and monitor any changes in regulations that may affect partnerships. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the partnership team. What will you need to be able to do the job? Minimum 3-4 years of proven related experience (Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, Country Manager, Regional Manager or BDM) within the FX industry. Excellent command of English and Spanish language. Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent organisational and analytical Skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment. College or University Degree in Finance, Business/Administration, Management, or related field. High standard of work-ethic with a positive can-do attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
