We're looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will be at the heart of crafting data-driven forecasts and executing strategies that push our clients toward their goals. Your actions and initiatives consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC\'s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. Your role extends past strategy alone, it\'s also about fostering strong client relationships by clearly communicating the steps taken and how results compare to projections. This ongoing transparency builds trust and strengthens the connection between CTC and its clients, helping them navigate the nuances of media buying and long-term growth planning. You stand as a representative and dedicated advocate for CTC\'s distinctive approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. As a Head of Growth Marketing, you are held to a high standard. Responsibilities and What You Will Do Craft data-driven forecasts and execute growth strategies to move client metrics toward their goals. Communicate actions taken and results versus projections to clients, fostering transparency and trust. Represent and advocate for CTC\'s approach to media acquisition and its tools. Lead by example to ensure deliverables are completed with quality and on schedule. Collaborate across teams to implement Growth Maps and Prophet system processes for clients. Build campaigns using our structure and best practices; maintain ideologies and processes across accounts. Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to maximize daily projected targets. Introduce tests in accounts to improve performance and beat previous results.
