Descripción

Gallagher’s Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team is seeking future shapers and idea makers to join our TA Transformation team as Junior Project Managers. In this role you will support various global continuous improvement and technology projects within our Global TA COE.

Cómo lograrás un impacto
  1. Support senior project managers in the execution of day-to-day project activities.
  2. Assist with planning, executing, and closing Talent Acquisition projects.
  3. Collaborate with various functions and team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and issues are elevated to leadership.
  4. Monitor project progress and report on performance.
  5. Lead project documentation and ensure all records and artifacts are up-to-date.
  6. Help identify project risks and support mitigating potential risks.
  7. Communicate optimally with stakeholders to capture requirements, provide updates and advise project team tasks and actions.
  8. Develop and support change management initiatives.
  9. Training of stakeholders.
Acerca de ti
  1. Education in Business Administration, Project Management, Management or a related field or Project Management Certification.
  2. Bilingual English- Spanish.
  3. 2 years of experience supporting project work required, preferably on a global scale.
  4. Familiarity with Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and technologies (e.g. ai for recruiting, ATS, CRM, interviewing, stakeholder surveys, referral programs, etc.).
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Conduct meetings, build status updates, and communicate optimally with team members.
  7. Effective communication and social skills.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Meticulous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
