Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the service desk for our account. The successful candidate will generate reports on the maintenance platform to ensure that no work order is left unattended and all are correctly assigned to the corresponding service provider or team member.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance platform.
  • Coordinate and supervise that all maintenance routines of the equipment at the site are updated and correctly loaded into the system.
  • Ensure that all team member profiles are updated and correctly loaded into the system.
  • Coordinate, track and close all service orders from occupants.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the client.
  • Generate operation reports.
  • Promote the creation of identified work orders.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in internal/external user support.
  • Student or graduate of Administration or related fields.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Availability to work overtime and Saturdays as required.
