Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of retail strategies and initiatives at the point of sale.
This critical role drives brand visibility, optimizes product placement, and ensures compliance with commercial plans, all of which contribute to maximizing sales and improving the shopper experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Strengthen execution guidelines based on consumer behavior and market trends
- Provide clear guidance to merchandisers to ensure proper implementation of strategic plans
- Manage product flow, physical location strategy, pricing, and the placement of innovations to enhance product visibility and increase brand relevance for consumers
- Ensure the proper placement of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials to highlight promotional plans and drive sales growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills, highly competitive, tenacious, and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- English Intermediate
- Minimum 2-year experience in commercial / trade marketing functions
