About the Role

The IT Remote Center Support Intern will provide technical assistance, via phone, email, and other means of communication to all GMF employees. The role is responsible for assisting with researching and documenting resolutions for escalated tier I technical support issues from GMF Remote Center Users.

This includes assisting in the installation, configuration, and diagnosis of laptop/desktop hardware/software-related issues for remote center users to determine a proper solution/course of action.

The successful candidate will also support the area with researching, implementing, and documenting proven best practice standards that require communication between technical IT staff, business management, and vendors while building positive relationships.

This role is based in Bogotá, Colombia and will be an integral part of our international operations team.
