The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues over the phone and via email.
- Provide timely and effective IT support to customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
We offer a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
This is an indefinite term contract, providing job security and stability.
Compensation Package:We offer a competitive salary of COP 2,850,000, plus commissions up to 200,000 COP for exceptional performance.
In addition, we provide Laika Membership and a choice between Netflix or Spotify after one month of employment.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
- At least one year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
