**Account Services Specialist**
Citigroup Inc. is a leading global financial services company that offers a wide range of financial products and services to consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions. We are seeking a skilled Account Services Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups. This role requires high-level diligence, motivation, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in project management, documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products. Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken) is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices.
- Establishes and maintains close working relationship with clients and within the team to facilitate open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, etc., in such a way that they may be responded to in an efficient, prompt, and professional manner.
