We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Manager. This role is focused on driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services in Colombia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with experience selling to C-level executives. They will be responsible for developing and executing against comprehensive account/territory plans, creating compelling value propositions around AWS services, and accelerating customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth and market penetration in strategic greenfield accounts
  2. Develop and execute against comprehensive account/territory plans
  3. Create compelling value propositions around AWS services
  4. Accelerate customer adoption by engaging with C-level stakeholders
  5. Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  6. Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  7. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans
