Business Development Manager Latin America

Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager for our Latin America region, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the infrastructure sectors in Latam countries and key players in the market.
You will research new leads through referred and digital platforms, focusing on developers, investors, and service providers in the real estate sectors in Latam. Your excellent relational skills will enable you to build strong relationships with these stakeholders, including account management for some club members through regular meetings and event attendance (both online and in-person).
You will develop commercial strategies to expand our club presence in the Latam region by incorporating high-value clients and rebooking current ones (club members, sponsors, and participants). A comprehensive cross-functional approach will be essential, requiring effective interface functions with areas such as Production, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
Able to travel domestically and internationally (15-20% of the time), you will meet clients and run events as necessary. You will work closely with our team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements- Prior experience: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering.
- Commercial background; minimum 5 years of experience.
- Prior use or knowledge of CRM and Google Drive.
- Superior computer literacy, creative, and up to date with current technology.
- Ability to cope with time pressure and deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and critically assess information received; high work standards, and excellent attention to detail.
- Team orientation, with the ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally.
- Fair salary ($45,000 - $65,000) with bonus/profit share depending on performance.
