Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Technical Project Manager to join our agency's team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and delivering successful projects for our clients, including website redesigns, CRM deployments, integrations, web application enhancements, workflow automations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver successful projects for our clients, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the bridge between our clients, our internal team, and external partners and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Provide technical expertise in platforms such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Shopify, and WordPress.
  • Think creatively to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must for this position.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in digital marketing projects such as website projects, Web Application development, integrations, etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Availability to work remotely and manage different time zones.
  • An associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Workamajig and ClickUp (preferred but not required).
