Job Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Sales Professional to join our Account Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our products, systems, or services, providing detailed technical product information, and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territories, industries, or accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare and meet sales forecasts and key metrics.
- To develop an understanding of the position of customers in the market, their products, points of difference, and competitive landscape.
- To generate demand by identifying opportunities within assigned territories by specifying TE products through trainings, technical presentations, and seminars.
- To establish and build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders.
- To prepare commercial bids/tenders, negotiate contracts, and close agreements, maximizing profits while working together with the BDM, PMs, Product Specialists, and Application Engineers.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Professional with:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (BA/BS/MBA in Sales/Marketing Management).
- Foreign language proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Capability of giving technical and sales presentations with excellent communication skills.
- Sales acumen and ability to specify products and discuss them technically with customer applications.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will need to travel extensively in the region, up to 60% of the time. It is mandatory to be located in Bogotá.
