Job Title: LatAm Growth Marketing Specialist

Aon is seeking a dynamic and experienced LatAm Growth Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and develop innovative marketing strategies in Peru and Ecuador.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to accelerate sales, optimize customer experience, and position the Aon brand in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
  • Lead the development and management of marketing and communications campaigns to support business growth in the Andean Sub Region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement lead nurturing and demand generation strategies.
  • Manage and execute marketing and communications campaigns to accelerate the closing process in New Business and Additional New Business in the Andean subregion.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to generate new leads and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of country marketing business partners to ensure effective implementation of campaigns.
  • Deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to Market Intelligence for commercial contact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and management of marketing and communications campaigns.

Requirements
  • Minimum 47 years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation through marketing activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading integrated marketing strategies.
  • High-impact content and event generation experience.
  • Broad seminar planning experience.
  • Use of data & analytics for marketing.
  • Major in marketing or innovation, market intelligence, communications, or related field.
  • Spanish and advanced English language proficiency.
  • Marketing Automation tools, Adobe package, Hootsuite, Hubspot, or CRM experience.
