About You and this Role

As a member of our Latin America region field marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to fuel sales pipeline growth and revenue expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing inbound and/or outbound marketing initiatives, as well as analyzing market/industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Key Objectives
  1. Develop and implement tactics to generate demand in the Latin America Region, collaborating closely with the sales team.
  2. Implement marketing activities and programs in the field.
  3. Manage and execute a wide range of events, including digital, hybrid, and in-person events (breakfast seminars, annual conferences, webinars, VIP events, industry events, etc.).
  4. Identify new opportunities to generate demand through third-party events.
  5. Analyze market/industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies based on best practices.
  6. Execute customer marketing initiatives focused on retention and expansion business, working closely with the sales team to identify customer target accounts, messaging, and content approach.
  7. Identify opportunities and drive partner marketing activities to help our partner ecosystem generate demand.
  8. Engage with partners, build relationships, foster campaign adoption, and increase partner marketing productivity.
  9. Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners, such as events, video or written case studies, interviews with specialists in specific verticals, digital marketing initiatives.
  10. Support the planning and execution of Community events and institutional initiatives.
  11. Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing programs, gaining insight and assessing against goals to determine ROI and areas of improvement.
  12. Collaborate with other Liferay marketing teams across the globe to exchange ideas and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  1. 4-6 years of experience building effective demand generation programs for B2B businesses, preferably in tech companies.
  2. Degree in Marketing or Business, or comparable education/experience.
  3. Spanish native speaker or highly fluent in Spanish.
  4. Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
  5. Experience managing third-party agencies and suppliers.
  6. Ability to work independently across marketing initiatives but also collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  8. Excellent communications skills and sales interaction skills are a must.
  9. Full comfortable working remotely.
  10. Self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated, proactive beyond your duty.
  11. Strives to be objective and reflects on their own biases when making decisions.
  12. Holds themselves accountable for decisions and outcomes within their team(s)/department.
  13. Identifies when the impact of their decisions could or will impact others and appropriately pulls in the right stakeholders for either transparency or help in the decision-making process.
