Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the digital campaigns for our assigned advertisers, implementing and optimizing paid media advertisements to achieve campaign KPIs and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including MetaAds, Tik Tok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media campaigns
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • English language proficiency at a B2+ level or higher
