Job Description- Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer experience.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of service quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet financial objectives.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages and optimize profitability.
- E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.
This is a leadership role that requires a strong ability to motivate and develop teams, drive results, and build a positive work culture.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and engage teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience using data analysis tools to inform business decisions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, reflecting the demands and responsibilities of this key leadership position.
