Real Estate Lead Generation Professionals

We are a high-performance real estate team seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Lead Manager/Appointment Setter. This full-time position involves cold-calling leads, building rapport with sellers, and establishing relationships between our company and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cold-call a minimum of 150 leads per day to establish connections and set appointments
- Book a minimum of 5 appointments per day, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships and close deals
- Collect property information from prospects and clients, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarize yourself with our company's operational procedures and accurately document your progress and leads
- Communicate effectively with Acquisition Specialists through Slack, ensuring seamless collaboration and deal closures
This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive, confident, and persevering personality who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales, public relations, or negotiation roles is highly valued. Additionally, basic knowledge of the U.S. real estate market and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for success.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $$800-$1,200 USD, which may vary based on your level of experience and qualifications. Your dedication and hard work will be rewarded with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for growth within our organization.
