**What you will be doing**:

- Ensure the review of each assignment received and align the search strategy and process, in conjunction with the Placement hiring manager.- Implement and propose effective talent search and attraction strategies including job postings on specialized portals, social networks, professional networks, and other channels.Carry out other activities as instructed by their leaders.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of the recruitment and selection cycle.- Knowledge of office automation tools.- Experience in competency-based interviewing techniques.-
- Knowledge in the management of human talent search tools.- Knowledge in the use of Booleans to perform talent searches.-
- Knowledge in data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge in Market Research.- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter.

**Basic education and experience required**- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruiting profiles in the technology and software development sector.- English B2/C1.

**Nice to have**- Knowledge of AI tools- Experience in agile methodologies.
