We are seeking a Global IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer facilitation, and employment negotiations. The successful candidate will ensure a positive candidate experience and possess in-depth knowledge of employment options and collaboration policies across different countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as international job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified IT professionals globally to meet current and future hiring needs in different countries.
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments, evaluating soft skills, experience, cultural fit, and available employment forms in specific countries.
- Providing candidates with information about employment options aligned with collaboration policies in different countries and conducting feasibility checks for collaboration.
- Cooordinating initial and follow-up interviews.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes and contribute to project success.
- Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations for attracting top talent in different countries.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Experience in international staffing and proven ability to close vacancies in different countries.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and advanced or native speaker proficiency in Spanish.
- Understanding of employment processes in various countries and collaboration options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
