**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead cross-functional business and technical teams to provide timely issue resolution
* Collaborate with clients to identify and drive product expansion opportunities
* Develop and maintain high-value relationships with clients
* Ensure client satisfaction by being a liaison between the client and Oracle's internal operations
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese
* Experience supporting the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
