NielsenIQ is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team in the Latin America region. As a key member of our global support team, you will provide technical support to our customers and prospects, working closely with customer success managers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support
Offer enterprise-level technical support to customers and prospects via a support ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Research and TroubleshootResearch, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues to identify solutions and resolve customer problems.
Collaborate and OnboardCollaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers, including users' setups, configurations, and other technical requirements.
Document and EducateDocument knowledge and educate colleagues and teammates on technical cases, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices.
Stay CurrentStay up-to-date with product knowledge, latest features, and functionality to provide expert support.
Requirements
- Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
SkillsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a high level of detail orientation.
CommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
LanguageGood level of written and spoken English and Spanish.
Technical SkillsStrong SQL background and experience with Linux systems, utilities, and scripting.
Additional RequirementsWillingness to work outside of business hours from time to time, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience
Experience in technical support or software product implementations.
KnowledgeKnowledge of ETL processes, business orientation in the Retailer domain, and experience with supporting an analytic product in a SAAS environment.
