About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Consultant to join our team in Colombia. As a Senior Innovation Advisor, you will work closely with our global Innovation Practice to support the scale-up of innovations in health, education, and nutrition systems.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of strategies for innovation and scaling processes in Colombia.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of workshops and capacity-building initiatives for various stakeholders.
- Maintain collaborative partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders in country.
- Provide technical advisory services to local external partners and review project deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships and working on projects involving detailed work planning, collaboration, and funder engagement. They should possess excellent networking skills and be able to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
BenefitsThis 6-month fixed-term contract offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. The role is part-time, with 60% commitment (3 days per week). Please note that funding for this role is confirmed through March 2025, with ongoing funding anticipated for an additional 3-5 years beyond that.
