Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Accounts to drive operational consistency and performance for our largest clients. This strategic account leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing multiple sites and geographies.

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on legacy or new clients within our portfolio, establishing operational governance models to ensure efficiency, uniformity, and consistency across all geographies.
  • Drive operational consistency and performance for clients through effective leadership and management.
  • Closely develop guidelines for performance evaluations, career advancement, and redeployment to ensure the growth and success of our clients' teams.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing multiple sites and geographies.
  • Strong BPO experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills to make sound business decisions based on data and statistics.
  • Leverage technology to enhance team growth and performance.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, estimated salary may vary based on location and industry standards.
