About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of digital transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop innovative solutions, and drive execution. Your expertise in embedded hardware design, systems engineering, and hardware architecture will be instrumental in shaping our product portfolio and ensuring it remains competitive in the market.
Your primary focus will be on streamlining the design process, defining core and third-party elements, and accelerating digital transformation. This involves establishing a robust technology roadmap, prioritizing connectivity, sourcing, and security, and ensuring modules are ready ahead of projects to facilitate a seamless transition to module development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical direction and solutions for embedded HW as well as power supply strategies for both mains and solar driven products.
- Create and communicate a compelling vision for change, leading the execution of strategic initiatives with MDM across the organization to secure cross-transformational change.
- Transform innovational balance in the hardware portfolio to achieve better balance with Technology, NPL, Cost out, Sustainability, and Quality and maintenance tasks.
- Secure increased focus on Systems Engineering and reliability in design with stakeholders across Quality, Supplier quality, and testing.
- Define HW architecture and sourcing strategy, encourage and inspire team members to take ownership of architectural decisions, improve operational efficiency via automation, and reduce complexity in the product program.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record of leading embedded hardware and power supply teams optimizing architectural design.
- Experience in scaling via partnerships on hardware design, bringing a mix of practical experience and theoretical knowledge within Embedded hardware design, systems engineering, and hardware architecture.
- Great business understanding, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in an environment where resistance to change may be present.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presentations, and the ability to gain influence and inspire stakeholders in an international matrix organization.
We offer a competitive salary package of DKK 1,200,000 per year, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
