A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include:
- Remotely selling Medtronic's products and retaining end-user patients in the Canadian market to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Identifying, developing, and closing leads for the business and referring internal leads when appropriate.
- Providing input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
- Promoting and establishing education of the company's products and/or services.
- Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems.
- Arranging demonstrations of products by field sales representatives.
- Assisting field sales representatives in planning and executing sales activities, including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Economic fields or healthcare.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in remote sales.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, detailed, and results-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Based in Bogotá.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharma sector.
- Experience interacting with Salesforce.
- Experience with Power BI.
