**Remote Inside Sales Representative Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Incendium Strategies. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading USA-based company, contributing to our sales efforts and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and respond to a high volume of inbound inquiries from potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Use CRM software and other sales tools proficiently to manage leads and sales processes
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English (C2 level) is a must
- Extensive experience in phone sales, with a proven track record of success
- Ability to list accommodations/accomplishments within previous sales roles
- EXCELLENT communication skills, emotional intelligence, and understanding of middle to upper-class suburban household parent buyers
- Professional yet warm approach in both verbal and written communication
- Proficient in using common CRM sales management software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
