Job Description:

We support companies through our Talent, Technology, and Training services. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will generate qualified prospects and create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential clients through research and various prospecting tools. Use a consultative approach to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Pipeline management: Track all activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, providing a positive and professional first impression.
Requirements:
- English skills: Advanced English skills. B2+
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation or related
- Education: A High School Degree is required. A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related
Perks:
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We work by the American calendar.
