Job Title: Strategic Commercial Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Commercial Lead to join our team at NielsenIQ. In this role, you will be responsible for leading commercial activities with key clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategic plans to drive value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align strategic plans with high-priority clients to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client objectives and priorities, defining success criteria and monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate the value of our solutions through quantifiable business outcomes, sharing insights, and receiving customer feedback.
  • Build and lead market and thought leadership presentations for senior-level executives from key clients.
  • Monitor and improve service quality, adjusting the Joint Business Plan as necessary to reflect changes in client priorities.
  • Prioritize customer health, monitoring satisfaction metrics (NPS), and requests in terms of quality and coverage.
  • Identify and communicate viable opportunities through collaboration with the Analytic Insight and Account Development teams.
  • Facilitate a seamless client onboarding process, ensuring effective coordination, training, and communication, while proactively managing daily commitments and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Mass Consumption, consulting companies, or Retailers.
  • Experience working with NielsenIQ data (a plus).
  • Commercial or marketing experience, with expertise in customer management.
  • Proficiency in Office/Google and CRM tools, with experience in business monitoring.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and oral).
