Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NA Sourcing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the NA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the NA region.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and resources to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to determine qualifications for employment.
  • Provide ongoing consulting value to clients by staying current on industry trends and developments.
  • Lead recruitment and selection projects and recommend changes to increase attraction and retention of highly qualified applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations by administering employment practices within standard operating procedures.
  • Promote global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.
  • Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive the company's talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in recruiting diverse individuals.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in creating talent pipelines for varying functions and levels through multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media and software like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is required; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system.
  • Fluent English level.
