Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Talent Access Leader.

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Travel Requirement: 10%

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent within the NA region.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and provide effective solutions for filling vacancies.
  • Leverage social media and other creative platforms to enhance our employer brand and draw in high-caliber candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations and offer insights to hiring managers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually refine the talent acquisition process.
  • Work in partnership with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain highly qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to determine qualifications for employment.
  • Provide ongoing consulting value to clients by remaining current on industry trends and developments.
  • Lead recruitment and selection initiatives and recommend enhancements to boost attraction and retention of qualified applicants.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations by implementing employment practices within established procedures.
  • Promote global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies while seeking opportunities for personal and process improvement.
  • Utilize various capabilities, including digital talent development, innovative technology, data analytics, and research insights to drive the company's talent attraction strategy and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on sourcing and recruiting top talent.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in recruiting diverse candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in creating talent pipelines across various functions and levels through multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards) and software applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems and talent relationship management systems.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Proven interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent assessment and interviewing skills, with a strong understanding of assessment methodologies and processes.
  • Experience in utilizing metrics to evaluate and maintain performance is preferred.
