About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Visual Experience Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Growmodo GmbH. As a key member of our design operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that every visual project exceeds client expectations and adheres to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all visual projects are visually stunning, exceed client expectations, and leave a lasting positive impression.
  • Customer Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance design outcomes, encouraging clients to upgrade their services and maintain long-term relationships with us.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and refine the QA process for all visual projects, guaranteeing alignment with client goals and internal standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor designers on QA best practices, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.
  • Design Review: Perform in-depth design reviews, checking for issues in aesthetics, usability, and functionality, and work closely with the team to address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Proficiency in UI/UX principles and familiarity with Figma.
  • Quality Assurance: Prior experience in design QA processes, with a focus on ensuring consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and exceptional quality across deliverables.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail when reviewing designs, with a commitment to ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and guide the team towards improvements.

Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
