The Role
As QuidelOrtho continues to grow, we're seeking a Senior Customer Service Analyst to assist in the transition and validation of SAP (OneERP Project) and manage all pre- and post-sales tasks. This individual will also deploy knowledge as a SAP key user and generate KPIs for service improvement.
The Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction (NPS) and responsiveness.
- Manage all incoming customer orders to expedite approval and delivery processes.
- Oversee returns, backorders, rentals, and accounting receivables processes related to customer services.
- Lead process improvement initiatives pre- and post-SAP implementation.
- Support the sales force and corresponding commercial activities.
The Individual
- Professional degree in Marketing or Business Administration or similar.
- High English proficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the IVDx market.
- Sales administration background.
- SAP expertise.
- Excellent customer skills.
