About the Job:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Sagan Recruitment. As a Sales and Admissions Consultant, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment in our online HVAC program by engaging and qualifying potential students who have shown interest.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and qualify prospective students: Reach out to those who have expressed interest, assess their needs, and determine if the HVAC program is the right fit.
  • Provide program guidance: Clearly communicate the value of the program, answer questions, and confidently discuss tuition and financing options.
  • Build relationships: Establish trust and rapport with potential students to help them make informed decisions about their education and career.
  • Handle objections: Address concerns about cost, career outcomes, and commitment, using a consultative approach to overcome hesitations.
  • Maintain communication: Proactively communicate with prospects to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Manage CRM: Accurately track interactions, progress, and next steps in CRM tools like High Level or similar platforms.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong verbal communication skills with minimal accent.
  • Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service, preferably in education, career training, or a related field.
  • Ability to discuss program costs and guide students through financial decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales engagement tools (training available).
  • A money-driven, empathetic, and results-oriented personality.
