About the Role

As a Product Sales Expert at Infobip, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our dedicated product and/or group of products in the region. Your main goal will be to achieve the best balance between effort and outcome, while translating product performance targets into regional targets and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and targets for detected account lists.
  • Build, align, and execute regional and product General Managers.
  • Drive product adoption in the region, while supporting sales activities with product knowledge to ensure an increase in opportunity closing rates.
  • Define and develop effective go-to-market strategies and customer segmentations, cross-updating in regards to features missing/not applicable to capture market share, direct client feedback about opportunities lost, and communicate any other blockers observed on the market.
  • Establish a strong bond with HQ.
  • Detect key areas of growth and build strategies and initiatives (jointly with local teams and HQ) to exploit these opportunities as well as remove potential blockers.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to align key Q/Y priorities, initiatives, and/or markets, providing input on new areas of growth for our SaaS offering while aligning marketing strategy.
  • Keep regional team members up-to-date with all the latest major product features or new releases, ensuring a better solution offering for our targeted clients.
  • Work closely with SOP to analyze respective product pipelines in the region, drive clear tactics to enhance, overcome any gaps to achieve targets.
  • Regularly sync with HQ (PSM) for sharing regional product feedback and useful insights about, bringing attention to specific regional use cases or ICP, Pricing, and other market-specific commercial conditions, with solutions to address them.
  • Monitor and regularly report about pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion, and help in removing roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
  • Work with marketing to capitalize product wins and create social proof and positive noise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecom Sales/Carrier Sales Management and has demonstrated a consistent, successful sales track record. Experience in the Telecom industry required.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Messaging experience is a plus and/or CPaaS highly desired.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and excellent written/verbal communication skills who can develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Experience with negotiating, decision-making, and closing with prospects as well as customers.
  • Flexible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excited and motivated to drive the growth of a cutting-edge consumer brand.
  • Willing and able to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proficient with various technical tools such as: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), etc.
