Your responsibilities may include:
- Processing and managing sales orders and invoices promptly
- Generating and developing lead lists from various platforms, such as LinkedIn and Facebook
- Conducting outbound calls to engage potential leads
- Responding to inquiries and delivering customer support to clients
- Assisting the sales team in organizing schedules and arranging appointments
- Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as required

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales administration, sales support, or a related field
- Ability to work autonomously and manage various priorities
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in the English language
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Experience with CRM software is essential
- Background in B2B campaigns is advantageous

- Knowledge of email marketing is beneficial
- Experience with social media engagement is a plus
System and Work Setup Requirements:
- A reliable and high-speed internet connection, ideally 25 MBPS or higher, with a backup option
- Personal computer or laptop with at least 8GB RAM and a processor equivalent to Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 or newer; operating system Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with updated web browsers and security software, and adequate storage
- Headset with noise cancellation and a webcam with a minimum resolution of 720p
- A quiet, organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
