Job Overview

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to blend sales expertise with an appreciation for creative services. As a Multilingual Sales Representative and Lead Generator, you'll be at the forefront of our client's business growth strategy, leveraging your sales acumen and language skills to conduct targeted outreach, generate leads, and nurture relationships with potential clients in both Spanish and English-speaking markets.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging cold calls to potential B2B clients in both Spanish and English, effectively communicating the value of artistic services to businesses.
  • Generate and qualify new leads, expanding our client base across international markets, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Manage and update a database of approximately 2000 B2B contacts, utilizing CRM systems and sales management tools to track performance and quality assurance processes.
  • Craft compelling quotes and proposals for potential clients, adapting communication strategies to cater to diverse business cultures in Spain, the US, and the UK.
  • Collaborate with the core team to understand and effectively communicate our unique artistic offerings, embodying our creative ethos in all client interactions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with exceptional communication skills in both languages, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a creative or artistic industry.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to conduct effective cold calls with confidence, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment across various time zones.
  • Adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks beyond traditional sales roles, and a passion for the creative industry with the ability to articulate the value of artistic services to businesses.
