Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative in Colombia, you will be responsible for generating interest with qualified prospects using outbound and inbound tactics by positioning Fireblocks as the leader in the industry.

About the Opportunity: This role requires engaging with prospects via phone, personalized emails, and video conferencing, identifying new accounts and qualifying new sales opportunities. You will work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring. Developing, testing, and iterating outbound campaigns to drive new sales opportunities is also essential. Additionally, you will partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts and support the Sales Engineering team with product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects via phone, personalized emails, and video conferencing
  • Identify new accounts and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and lead scoring
  • Develop, test, and iterate outbound campaigns to drive new sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
  • SUPPORT THE SALES ENGINEERING TEAM WITH PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS
  • Maintain detailed notes of activities and ensure data cleanliness in Hubspot/Salesforce
  • Represent the company and educate prospects at trade shows, conferences, and private events

Requirements:

  • Prior BDR/SDR experience within the technology sector
  • Experience building a pipeline by qualifying leads and developing opportunities
  • The initiative to seek out new ways of finding opportunities (e.g., LinkedIn, Drift)
  • Able to easily understand and pitch new products and technology, focusing on value prop
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • The ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Unafraid to fail and quickly owns up to it
  • Fluent in Spanish

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and location.
