Activation Process Coordinator

We are scaling our internal operations to support new customer growth and onboarding of our SpendHound product. We are looking for an Activation Process Coordinator to manage the customer integration process, facilitate handoffs between Sales and Customer Success, and optimize integration processes.

• Oversee customer integration to ensure correct data source setup on our platform
• Serve as main point of contact for new customers following sales handoff
• Schedule and lead customer integration and onboarding calls
• Provide guides and walkthroughs on key integrations and troubleshoot issues
• Work with Product team to resolve customer integration problems
• Handoff successful customers to Customer Success team

1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably working with mid-sized or enterprise English-speaking customers

C1+ Level English language proficiency

Basic understanding of integrations and APIs

Exceptional attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple processes

Strong verbal and written communication skills and preference for fast-paced environments

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
