Job Summary
The Human Resources Expert for Global Impact will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs across UNICEF's global operations. This position will require close collaboration with senior leadership, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive organizational performance and achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and plans to support business objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decision-making and optimize HR processes
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within UNICEF and its partners
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in international organizations or large corporations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language skills
