About The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Team in Mexico City. In this role, you will drive HR excellence through operations, initiatives, office management, and more for our Mexico and Colombia offices. You will be a people-first professional with a problem-solving mentality and operationally focused mindset. Our ideal candidate can adopt a systemic point of view and provide counsel to internal stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employee lifecycle, including benefits enrollment, payroll, job changes, and more.
- Responsible for data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completion within our systems.
- Design local processes and policies, ensuring consistency across teams.
- Align with the Global People Operations Team on process harmonization and technology leveraging.
- Be the point person for local legislation, navigating employment changes, system updates, policy reviews, and process implementations.
- Prior experience in a Human Resources role with end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management approach.
- A customer-service mentality and a 'can-do' attitude, willing to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience working in either Mexico or Colombia and fluency in Spanish and English.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
