Human Resources Business Partner

At Halliburton Energy Services, we're seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Specialist II, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, creating tools and resources, and executing programs and projects.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience. A Master's degree and Professional HR Certification are preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the efficient delivery of processes, programs, and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and develop solutions to drive results.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.

Our comprehensive compensation package is estimated at $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Professional HR certification preferred.
