About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality e-commerce experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud platform and other CX products to support customer adoption and implementation.
  2. Work with partners and customers to define and assess non-functional requirements, such as maintainability and optimization.
  3. Design and implement the right architecture to provide the best solution to meet customer expectations.
  4. Support successful project implementation phases, ensuring best practices are followed.
  5. Initiate and execute technical reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  1. Java Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java programming.
  2. SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud platform, including its modules, functionalities, and development environment.
  3. Scripting Proficiency: Ability to script in Bash, Python, Perl, or Groovy.
  4. Infrastructure Software: Familiarity with container and orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms.
  5. Automation and Build Tools: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools, such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
  6. Security Practices: Understanding of secure coding practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance requirements relevant to e-commerce.
  7. Web and Framework Proficiency: Solid experience with web frameworks, with a preference for Spring.
  8. Database Management Skills: Experience with relational databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  9. System Integration Experience: Proven ability to integrate systems using JMS, web services, or ETL tools.
  10. Performance Optimization: Experience in application performance tuning and design patterns.
  11. Quality Assurance: Commitment to high-quality output in coding and testing.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Certifications: Certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud, Java, or relevant fields would be a plus.
  2. Other CX Platforms: Experience in SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP Customer Data Management, SAP Emarsys, or SAP CPI.
  3. Composable Storefront: Knowledge or participation in Spartacus projects or other similar tools.
  4. Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud service providers, such as Azure.
  5. Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum.
