Director of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Neostella. As a strategic partner to leadership, you will be pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives with the broader business strategy.

Our offerings include Neodeluxe Legal Solutions, Work-Relay process and workflow solutions for Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, and Application Integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals.
  2. Provide guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management.
  3. Implement and monitor procedures for all key HR processes, including performance management, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, and ensure effective communication of processes.
  4. Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns and driving resolution.
  5. Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies for retention and engagement.
  6. Facilitate the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
  7. Stay informed about industry developments and legal requirements impacting HR practices.
  8. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
  9. Maintain awareness of payroll processing and ensure appropriate procedures and processes are in place to effectively complete routine pay processing.
  10. Ensure that HRIS maintains accurate data for completion of all HR and payroll-related functions, including reporting.
Requirements
  1. 8 or more years of experience as an HR Director, manager, or combination in a company with hundreds of employees.
  2. Experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
  3. Deep understanding of HR best practices and strategic HR planning.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  6. Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
  7. Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  8. Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture.
  9. Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  10. Fluent spoken and written English.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per yearBenefits
