Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with the People team to support HR-related tasks, including recruitment for Colombia & Mexico. You will also work hand-in-hand with your teammate in Brazil.

  • End-to-end Sourcing and Recruitment process for North LatAm.
  • Coordinate the Welcome Kit for new employees.
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Organize team building and engagement activities.
  • Manage internal communications (anniversaries, birthdays, promotions, company news).
  • Coordinate social security registration and health insurance for new hires.
  • Share monthly updates with the payroll outsourcing company.
  • Closely collaborate with your counterpart in Brazil to align recruitment strategies and share best practices across regions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or Psychology (required).
    5+ years of experience in a similar role (required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (required).
  • Intermediate/advanced English (required).
  • Conversational Portuguese (highly desirable).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
